Program to Enrol  in Graduate Courses

DEADLINE:  The graduate program or student must submit this completed permission form to the Registrar’s Office for processing 

no later than day five (5) of classes. Requests received after that date will be not be processed.
STUDENTS:  Check that your acceptance into the Accelerated program has been processed by confirming via SOLAR that the 

Accelerated Program Participant (APP) Service Indicator is on your record. Complete this form in its entirety and obtain the 

approval/signature of your Graduate Program Director. Once approved, take the form (before day five of classes) to the 

Registrar’s Office (276 Administration Building) for processing.

During their Undergraduate career, students in Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s degree programs may only use a specified 

number of graduate credits and graduate courses towards the completion of their Master’s degree.  It is the student’s’ 

responsibility to make sure s/he has registered for the appropriate # of credits.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
