Leave of Absence & Graduation Requirements (Catalog Year)
Taking a Leave of Absence (LOA) for two or more semesters will automatically change your Required Term, altering your graduation requirements to the latest version that you rematriculated.
Military Leave Exception: To maintain your original graduation requirements, you must officially select "Military LOA" when applying for leave and submit an official Military Certificate upon rematriculation for validation.
Crucial Warning (The One-Semester Rule):Every single semester of your absence must fully be covered by the Military Certificate. If there is even a single semester left uncovered by your official service dates, your required term will change automatically without exception.
