Jin Won Chang is a student in the Stony Brook University Technology and Policy Innovation Ph.D. Program. Prior to that, he obtained a B.Sc. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University and M.S. Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York. Before returning to school, Jin Won spent 25 years working as a high technology business developer, a management business consultant and capital investor in the global markets for several private and public companies including Samsung, SK, KTB and Accenture, Arthur D. Little.
