At Inst. of Pol. Studies, Opole Univ., Poland, Dr. Whitaker presents "Media Regimes & Political Dynamics Throughout History". Video The Polish side is continuing the collaboration on another route than smart cities, with an interest in translating SUNY Korea’s MATU survey (Mobile Addiction and Time Use) into Polish for use in Poland.
